Worth County High School dominated the Grand River Conference West girls golf tournament, shooting 392 on Monday to take the title from the Veterans Memorial Golf Course in Cameron.
The Princeton Lady Tigers were second place at 516, with St. Joseph Christian’s 525 placing the Lady Lions in third place.
Worth County’s Bridgette Hightshoe shot a GRC-W championship winning round of 84, outshooting Lani Briggs of North Harrison and Clare Staley of King City, each at 93. Hayleigh Wink of Albany was in fourth place at 97, with Lyla McKinnon of King City at 100, good for a fifth place finish.
For Princeton, Hailee Hein had the Lady Tigers top round, finishing in eighth position.
