Trenton High School defensive lineman Mason Owen has been selected to participate in the Blue-Grey National Super Combine at AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas on the weekend of June 24th and 25th. As a junior in 2016, Owen led the THS defense with 105 tackles, 17 tackles for less, 2 forced fumbles, a fumble recovery, and an interception for a touchdown.
Owen’s head coach, Brandon Boswell commented, “I’m very proud of Mason for all of his accomplishments as a student athlete. He has worked very hard to improve himself in hopes of playing college football and his coaches and teammates wish him the best as he pursues this goal.”
Owen was selected as a defensive lineman after his performance in the Blue-Grey Heartland Regional Combine held at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph on Saturday, April 22nd.
