The Trenton Lady Bulldog golf team traveled to Richmond on Wednesday, playing in the Richmond Tournament at the Shirkey Course, where Trenton finished with a team score of 515, in 14th place in the 14-team field.
Sedalia Smith-Cotton’s Kiser Pannier shot 75, 10 strokes better than the 85 of Ava Rasmus of Pembroke Hill, for medalist honors. Madi Jessen of East Buchanan finished in third place with a round of 91.
Pembroke Hill won the team competition with a four-girl score of 384, as Smith-Cotton was second at 408, and Warrensburg’s 412 good for third place. Â
For Trenton, Josie Chumbley shot 123, Mari Atup 124, Reece Weldon 130, Morgan Brown 138, and Sofia Currie 143.
