Tigers score season-high 92 points in upset of #15 Crimson Tide

Behind a career-high 30 points from Kobe Brown, the Missouri Tigers defeated No. 15 Alabama on Saturday afternoon, 92-86 in action heard on KTTN FM 92.3.  Jarron Coleman scored 18 points for MU, with Javon Pickett and DaJuan Gordon both adding 15.

Coleman hit a season-high four three-pointers for Mizzou, as the Tigers hitting nine from distance as a team.  Mizzou, trailing 43-40 at the break, opened the second half with a 9-1 surge, taking a lead that the Tide never got back.

Missouri will continue SEC play on Wednesday night at Arkansas, with an 8 o’clock tipoff on the SEC Network.  Pregame hits the air at 7:30 on KTTN FM 92.3.

The Missouri women lost at Arkansas on Sunday afternoon, falling to 13-3 overall and 2-1 in the SEC with a 73-63 setback at Bud Walton Arena.  Hayley Frank had 22 points to lead Missouri, with Mama Dembele scoring 16.  Arkansas was won five games in a row against Mizzou.

In an all-Tiger battle on Thursday night, Missouri travels to Baton Rouge, Louisiana to play the LSU Tigers.  LSU is ranked #13 in the country.  The game will be shown live on SEC Network +.
