State football poll set up Top 10 battle in Hamilton, continued surge for Maysville Wolverines

The Maysville Wolverines, winners of five consecutive games, are up to #6 in the Class 1 Missouri media high school football poll.  Polo (Class 1) and Chillicothe (Class 3) both have one vote in the poll, although those programs are moving in opposite directions, with Polo looking to break a two-game losing streak this Friday night, hosting the Trenton Bulldogs (Hot Country Z 101.7 / KGOZ-TV) at 7 o’clock.
