Sporting Kansas City has announced a four-year contract agreement with MLS All-Star forward Daniel Salloi, keeping him with Sporting through the 2026 season.
Salloi, a 26-year old native of Hungary, has been one of the biggest success stories in the nearly three decades of the Sporting franchise, originally signing as a Homegrown player in 2016, with 37 regular season goals and 47 in all competitions placing him eighth and fifth respectively in those categories in team history.
With seven goals, Salloi is Kansas City’s all-time leading scorer in Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup competition.
