The Trenton boys, individually, had a number of first place finishes and individual best distances and times, according to Coach Brandon Boswell.  Jarek Habelitz won the 100 meter dash, with Dylan Spencer claiming the shot put title.  Nicholas Smith took the 100 meter hurdles crown, with the 4 by 100 relay team of Ian Elbert, Frankie Halstead, Nicholas Smith, and Jarek Habelitz winning their race.  Coach Boswell described the meet as the “toughest of the season for TMS”, noting that “winning a meet against really good squads from Worth County, Gallatin, South Harrison, and Princeton shows that our boys have the ability to have a fantastic season”.

For the Trenton girls, the highlight of the day was the work of Savannah Triplet, finishing runner-up in the 100 and 200 meter dashes, while, with a personal best effort of 4 feet, 4 inches, finishing third in the high jump.
