The South Harrison Bulldogs shot a team score of 361 on Monday afternoon in Kirksville, good for a third place finish in the Class 2, District 7 boys golf tournament. Advancing their entire squads to the Class 2, Section 4 tournament next week, courtesy of top-two finishes, were the champion Centralia Panthers, with a score of 337, and second place Palmyra, at 348. Brookfield, at 435, finished in eighth place, followed by Carrollton’s score of 552.
The individual championship went to Centralia’s Tanner Brandow, with a 5-over par score of 76. For South Harrison, Austin Lasher finished third at 81, with Cole Taylor in a three-way tie for 8th place at 87, while Koltyn Smith shot 89, good for 13th place, advancing all three Bulldogs to the next round of competition.
Three Trenton Bulldogs had their seasons come to an end on Monday, with Gavin Roeder shooting 124 (38th place), Jake McNabb 139 (40th place), and Brycin Loyd 160 (45th place).

Class 2, District 8 was contested on Monday afternoon at the Shirkey Golf Course in Richmond, with the top two team positions going to the champion St. Pius X Warriors, with a score of 331, followed by the Maryville Spoofhounds, at 357. Lawson was third at 387.
