In Class 3, District 16 baseball competition on Saturday morning at Burleigh Grimes Field in Trenton, fifth-seeded South Harrison edged fourth-seeded Trenton 3-2. South Harrison next plays top-seeded Mid-Buchanan. The game, originally slated for Monday afternoon at 4 o’clock, was moved to Tuesday afternoon at 4 o’clock due to wet field conditions.
The Bulldogs/Dragons semifinal matchup will be followed by #2 seed Tri-County/Gallatin against third-seeded Brookfield at 6 o’clock.
