Rain on Friday afternoon forced the North Central Missouri College baseball program to amend the schedule for this weekend’s series with Jefferson College. Doubleheaders were originally scheduled for Saturday and Sunday. With the new schedule in place, games will now be played on Sunday (March 26th) at 2 o’clock and Monday (March 27th) at 1 o’clock.
Both days of baseball will have a 7 inning game followed by a 9 inning game. North Central, coming off a 5-1 weekend in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, has a season record of 10-9.
Rain in southwest Missouri forced the postponement of the North Central Missouri College Lady Pirates road games at Crowder College. A make-up date for those contests has yet to be determined.
