The Princeton Lady Tigers are, without question, playing some of their best softball of the 2018 season, finishing the month of September with strong home field play, including back-to-back wins in conference play last week, and a more-than-respectable 5-3 setback to the Maysville Lady Wolverines on Thursday, September 20th.
Princeton, in GRC “crossover” action on Thursday, will head to Worth County, playing the GRC West’s Tigers, hoping to continue improvement toward district play in October. On Monday night, the Lady Tigers continued their late month surge with a 15-5 takedown of Braymer.

Things have been going well for Thomas Hotmer’s football team at Princeton High School, with the Tigers keeping themselves alive in the Grand River Conference championship chase with a 28-21 win over the visiting Trenton Bulldogs on Friday night, the second straight victory in the series for the Tigers against their “southern rivals”. With a 2-1 record in GRC play, PHS is one game behind Milan, South Harrison, and Gallatin heading into Friday night’s Homecoming test with the Putnam County Midgets (7:00 PM / KTTN FM 92.3).
