The Princeton softball and football teams have had up-and-down levels of success during the first week of their season. While the Tiger football team struggled in its Week 1 encounter against Mid-Buchanan, falling to 0-1, the Princeton softball team won third place at the North Harrison Tournament, then backed up that successful Saturday with a 3-1 win at South Harrison in the Lady Tiger GRC opener on Thursday night.
This week, the Princeton football team plays at North Platte on Friday night at 7 o’clock, while a trip to play at Trenton this Thursday night for the Lady Tigers softball team (first pitch at 5:30).

The Tigers game at North Platte on Friday night will not be aired on KTTN. Due to availability issues with on-air talent, this week’s broadcast will be South Callaway at Milan. A Princeton game will be added to the KTTN schedule later in the Grand River Conference season.
