The Princeton Tigers had successful weeks at the recent Gilman City Tournament, with the boys winning the championship hardware, while the Lady Tigers fell to North Harrison in the title game, settling for second place.

On Monday night, Princeton traveled to Gallatin where the boys continued their recent hot streak with a road win over the Bulldogs, while the Lady Tigers struggled with the Bulldog pressing defense, and front-court length, in a road defeat.

In a strong effort to end a two-game skid, the PHS girls beat Maysville on Tuesday night, with the boys again finding the win column, moving to 2-5 in GRC East play.  Those victories set up the Tigers cross-over opponents for Friday night’s divisional games, with the Lady Tigers hosting Worth County (for a third meeting this season), while the Princeton boys prepared to duel with the Pattonsburg Panthers, in a rematch of the Gilman City title game.

Here are the KTTN interviews, recorded and aired on Thursday, February 2nd, with Lady Tigers coach Wade Hall and Tiger head coach Damon Collins.
