The 4th ranked (NJCAA Division 2) North Central Missouri College Pirates dominated early and cruised late for a 79-44 win at Lincoln Land Community College on Saturday afternoon, running their season record to 8-0.
Jon Carroll paced North Central with 15 points and 15 rebounds, as Giovanni Mack contributed 154 points, Za’Corrie Kerr 13 and Tyler King 11.
The Loggers, out of Springfield, Illinois, fell to 0-7 with the defeat, shooting only 27 percent from the field against the Pirates stout defense. Camden Nelson had 10 points for LLCC.
NCMC will play on Monday night at the Ketcham Community Center, hosting Kansas City Kansas Community College at 7 o’clock.
