Missouri center Connor Tollison will miss the remainder of the 2024 season due to a knee injury suffered in Saturday’s 30-23 win over Oklahoma, ESPN’s Pete Thamel reported.
Tollison, a redshirt junior, was injured while blocking on Theo Wease Jr.’s first touchdown reception. He had started 34 games for the Tigers, including all 22 games the past two seasons.
Redshirt senior Drake Heismeyer replaced Tollison and is expected to take over as Mizzou’s starting center. Heismeyer has appeared in 48 games across five seasons.
Tollison was named to the preseason Rimington Trophy watch list and is considered a potential 2025 NFL Draft selection. He has one year of eligibility remaining.
Tollison is the fifth MU player to suffer a season-ending injury, joining quarterback Sam Horn, defensive end Darris Smith, linebacker Khalil Jacobs and defensive end Joe Moore III.
