The University of Missouri football program has picked up the 13th verbal commitment for the Class of 2023, as Clear Springs (Texas) defensive lineman Serigne Tounkara announced a commitment to MU on Thursday, October 27th.
Tounkara had an official visit to the campus in Columbia the prior weekend for the Tigers homecoming game with Vanderbilt, where he was able to get a feel for the football program by meeting with the coaches, including defensive coordinator Blake Baker and head coach Eliah Drinkwitz.
Clear Springs is in heavy Texas Longhorn territory in south-central Texas, located between New Braunfels and Seguin, southeast of the I-35 corridor between Austin and San Antonio.
