University of Missouri wide receiver Demariyon Houston, a recent transfer from Hutchinson (KS) Community College, has reclassified, making him eligible to play for the Tigers in the 2022 season.

Since leaving high school in Oklahoma City in 2019, Houston has struggled to find playing time at the collegiate level, signing with the Nebraska Cornhuskers in the ’19 class but failing to see the field in back-to-back seasons in Lincoln.

A transfer utilizing the JUCO route in Hutchinson followed in 2021.  With the Blue Dragons, he caught 19 passes for 280 yards and three touchdowns.  Houston will add blinding speed to the wide receiving corps at MU this fall, having posted times of 10.7 seconds in the 100 meter dash and 21.6 seconds in the 200 meter dash during his high school years in Oklahoma.
