The Southeastern Conference, on Monday afternoon, announced a 6:30 kickoff on the SEC Network (Saturday, November 11th) for the Tennessee Volunteers and the Missouri Tigers from Memorial Stadium in Columbia. Missouri is searching for its first conference win of the season, heading into this week’s home game with Florida, while there may be no coach in the country under more fire than Tennessee’s Butch Jones, as the Vols are in the midst of a rebuilding season that has included blowout losses to rivals Georgia and Alabama. Pregame for the Vols and Tigers will be 4:30 on November 11th on the statewide Tiger Radio Network, and local affiliate KTTN FM 92.3.
The biggest game of the SEC slate on the second Saturday of the month could very well be Georgia traveling to Auburn to tangle with the Tigers. Top-ranked Alabama makes the short trip westward to Starkville for a meeting with the Mississippi State Bulldogs, a program coming off a quality win last week at Texas A&M.
CBS will have two games on November 11th, with the SEC doubleheader starting with Florida at South Carolina at 11 o’clock. The 2:30 game will be either Alabama at Mississippi State or Georgia at Auburn, with that choice to be made after this weekend’s game are completed. Whichever game is passed on by CBS for the 2:30 window will go to ESPN with a 6 PM kick.
Other games will be Arkansas at LSU at 11 AM on ESPN, Louisiana-Lafayette at Ole Miss at 11 on the SEC Network, Kentucky at Vanderbilt at 3 o’clock on the SEC Network, and the New Mexico Lobos at Texas A&M at 6 PM on ESPNU.
