The Milan Wildcats headed for Schuyler County on Friday night, continuing an early season “reunion tour” against former Tri-Rivers Conference rivals. On Tuesday night, the Milan boys lost a double-overtime heart-breaker to Scotland County, while the Lady ‘Cats struggled against Scotland County for the second time in a week, falling to the state-ranked Lady Tigers.
The Milan coaches shows, with Nathan Simler and Andrea Dabney, aired in the 3:30 to 4 o’clock time slot on Friday afternoon on KTTN FM 92.3.

After the recordings, Milan split a doubleheader at Schuyler County, with the boys improving to 4-2 with a road win, while the Lady ‘Cats fell to Schuyler County. Grand River Conference play begins this week for Milan, with the Wildcats at Polo on Tuesday night (coverage on Hot Country Z 101.7 and audio webstream from KTTNSports.com) and traveling to Maysville on Friday night (coverage on KTTN FM 92.3 and audio webstream from KTTNSports.com). Tip times will be 6 PM (girls) and 7:30 PM (boys). The Wildcats will play South Holt in a doubleheader at Holiday Hoops in Trenton (Ketcham Community Center) on Thursday, December 29th, with the boys playing at 12 noon, followed by the girls contest at 1:30.
