The Mercer girls and boys claimed HDC Conference road wins on Thursday night, traveling to Jamesport and taking wins against the Tri-County Mustangs.
Now, both Cardinal teams are preparing for two appearances each in NCMC Holiday Hoops.
In what may be the marquee game of the two-week long event, the Class 1, #3 ranked Lady Cardinals, on Friday night at 8:30, battle the St. Joseph Central Lady Indians on KTTN FM 92.3.

The Lady Cardinals will play Class 3 Summit Christian Academy at NCMC Holiday Hoops on Thursday, December 29th at 8:30, following the Mercer boys initial appearance in the 2016 event, taking on Rock Port at 7 o’clock that night (both games will be broadcast on Hot Country Z 101.7). Â The Mercer boys, in the final scheduled game of Holiday Hoops, take on the Santa Fe Chiefs on New Year’s Eve (Saturday, December 31st) at 12:30 on KTTN FM 92.3.
