On Wednesday night, both North Central Missouri College basketball teams will be in action, with one on the road, while the other stays home to play at the Ketcham Community Center. The Lady Pirates, aiming for their 8th victory in a row, and some payback for an early November loss in Trenton, will travel to Kansas City, Kansas to play the KCKCC Blue Devils. The game tips at 5:30, with pregame at 5:15 on Hot Country Z 101.7 and KTTNSports.com. The Pirate men will host the Johnson County CC (Overland Park, KS) Cavaliers on Wednesday night. Due to it being just a ‘one-game night’ at the Ketcham Center, NCMC Coach Jeremy Esry has announced that the tip time has changed from 7:30 to 7 o’clock for the men’s contest.
On Thursday night, one of the best rivalries across north Missouri is renewed, as the Chillicothe Hornets travel north to Trenton, to battle the Bulldogs in varsity doubleheader action. The girls game at 6, and the boys game to follow, will both be available on KTTN FM 92.3 and KTTNSports.com, in addition to video from Jim Bligh and UClickTV (www.uclicktv.com).
