This week, the Trenton Bulldogs open the football season by hosting long-time rival and future GRC foe Brookfield at C.F. Play-by-play coverage of Trenton softball begins Monday and Tuesday of next week (August 28th and 29th), with Tom Johnson providing the call of back-to-back games from the Bulldogs home turf of Mark Griffin Field and Putnam County High School in Unionville.

On Monday night at 5 o’clock, THS will host the Albany Lady Warriors, with the Grand River Conference for Trenton following on Tuesday night, as Trenton battles Putnam County at 5:30.  Again, both contests will be aired on Hot Country Z 101.7.

Missouri Tiger football coverage returns to KTTN FM 92.3 next week, with the season debut of “Tiger Talk” from Columbia on Tuesday, August 29th from 7 to 8 o’clock.  The Tigers season opener against the South Dakota Coyotes will kick at 7 o’clock on Thursday, August 31st, with pregame at 5, also on KTTN FM 92.3.

For the second week of the high school football season, you can hear Trenton at Lathrop on Hot Country Z 101.7 and Princeton at Platte Valley on KTTN FM 92.3, both on Friday, September 1st.  That night will also bring the season debut of the “Fearless Forecasters” on KTTN, starting at 5:30 in the evening.
