The defending Grand River Conference champion Gallatin Bulldogs make a lengthy road-trip to Faucett, Missouri on Friday night to take on the KCI Conference’s Mid-Buchanan Dragons and West Platte Blue Jays.

Cost of admission at Mid-Buchanan High School will be $4.00 for adults and $3.00 for students, with seniors 65 years of age and older admitted free.

The order of scrimmages will see Gallatin, the team traveling furthest to the jamboree, playing Mid-Buchanan in the opener, followed by the Bulldogs battling West Platte.  Long-time rivals Mid-Buchanan and West Platte play in the last match-up of the night.  Action starts at 6 o’clock on Friday night.

Each team will get 18 offensive and defensive plays per scrimmage.  Play will start from the 20 yard line.  Mid-Buchanan officials say that facial coverings will be highly encouraged in efforts to keep patrons and students safe from the coronavirus.  Spectators are urged not to attend if they have a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher, or know they have been in contact with someone confirmed positive for COVID-19 within the past two weeks.

Polo High School has announced that the Panthers planned football jamboree at Oak Grove High School has been cancelled.  Polo will now be traveling to Crest Ridge High School for a jamboree, starting Friday night at 6 o’clock.
