Lawson High School hosted the combined Lawson Invitational Golf Tournament and KCI Conference Golf Tournament on Tuesday afternoon, with East Buchanan shooting a team score of 345 to take the titles in both events.
Lawson, with a score of 350, was second in both, with Gallatin’s 360 placing the Bulldogs in third place in the Lawson Invitational standings, just three strokes ahead of the 363 of fourth-place Trenton.
Zander Coffman of Lawson shot 77 to win the KCI and Lawson Tournament titles, followed by Laren Dietz of Lawson with 80. Trenton’s Kiefer Tolson tied Dietz for the runner-up position at 80, with Gallatin’s GRC champion Brody Bird in fourth place with a round of 81.
