The University of Missouri men’s basketball program has picked up the commitment of Lee High School (Huntsville, Alabama) senior point guard Kaleb Brown, who announced his decision on Monday night via Twitter.

Brown is the younger brother of current MU sophomore, forward Kobe Brown, and chose the Tigers over offers from the likes of Minnesota and West Virginia. He does not yet have a ranking from 247Sports or ESPN. The 6-foot-6 athlete joins Anton Brookshire of Springfield, Missouri as commitments for Mizzou’s 2021 class.
As a freshman at Missouri, older brother Kobe averaged 5.8 points and 3.7 rebounds per game. With Mark Smith, Dru Smith, and Xavier Pinson either approaching graduation or potentially leaving for professional opportunities by 2021, Coach Cuonzo Martin has a developing need to replenish the Missouri roster in the near future.
