“War at the Moor” title claimed by North Central golfers

The North Central Missouri College men’s golf team, with a score of 309, won Tuesday’s “War at the Moor” Tournament at Southwestern Community College in Creston, Iowa, with Fredrik Hersley earning medalist honors for the NCMC team, with an individual score of two-over par.  Van Barr tied for second overall for the Pirates, with a 3-over par score.  The 309 shot by the Pirates bested the runner-up total of 316 shot by the host SWICC Spartans.

Primin Kamm – 6 over (tied 6th)

Job van Nieuwkerk – 10 over (tied 15th)

Martin Stegberg – 11 over (19th)

Jayson Orr – 12 over (tied 20th)

Trey Howell – 14 over (tied 26th)

Bryson Yowell – 14 over (tied 26th)

Colton Barnes – 16 over (34th)

The Pirates will next be in action at the Crossroads of America Invitational.
