The Tri-County girls and boys traveled to Pattonsburg on Tuesday night looking for victories against an old HDC Conference rival, after splitting a pair of games against visiting Breckenridge last week and falling in a pair of home contests on Monday night against the visiting Maysville Wolverines.
The Lady Mustangs remain in search of their first victory after a close loss to the Bulldogs and a defeat to the Wolverines, but the Tri-County boys picked up a victory against Breckenridge, and momentum, heading into the Maysville game, and a contest at Pattonsburg just 24 hours later.

Tri-County went on to lose their games at Pattonsburg on Tuesday, and will continue their busy mid-December stretch of games, traveling to Newtown-Harris tonight (Thursday night) for an HDC doubleheader against the Tigers, before Tri-County travels to Osborn to play the Wildcats on Tuesday, December 13th.
