The Trenton High School softball team will host the Brookfield Lady ‘Dogs, Schuyler County Lady Rams, and Putnam County Lady Midgets on Monday afternoon (August 15th) at the Ebbe Sports Complex adjacent to THS.
Admission will be $2.00, and no passes will be accepted for the jamboree. Each “game” between the schools will be three innings in length. A half-inning will end either with three outs being collected by the defensive team, or the offensive team scoring eight runs.
All of Trenton’s games will be played at Griffin Field, with the Lady Bulldogs hosting Putnam County at 5 o’clock, Brookfield at 6, and Schuyler County at 7.
Johnson Field will feature Brookfield against Schuyler County at 5, Putnam County and Schuyler County playing one another at 6, and Putnam County battling Brookfield at 7 o’clock.
Trenton’s season and Grand River Conference opener will be Tuesday, August 23rd at Maysville against the Lady Wolverines.
