The Trenton softball team, looking as deep and talented as ever in 2018, is off to a 6-0 start, including a championship in Saturday’s Cameron Tournament, and Grand River Conference wins over the past 72 hours against Putnam County and Maysville, both in shutout fashion. The weekly interview with Coach John Cowling will air at 6:25 on Friday night, prior to the Bulldogs Alumni Weekend football game with Lexington.

The Trenton tennis team has opened its season with a win over Carrollton on Tuesday night at home, followed by a road loss at Savannah on Thursday night. Despite an 0-3 record to start the season, the Trenton volleyball team played a spectacular match against Chillicothe on Thursday night, unfortunately for the Lady Bulldogs, ending in a 26-24 set 3 decision. The Lady Bulldogs, led by Coach Amanda King, host Plattsburg on Tuesday night to finish their season-opening four-game homestand:

At halftime of tonight’s football game at C.F. Russell Stadium against Lexington, Trenton golfers Werthen Gass, Oakley Madden, and Josie Chumbley are expected to be on-the-air live to talk about the start of their sports season, including a trip to Chillicothe on Thursday afternoon to play the Lady Hornets and Putnam County.
The Trenton Lady Bulldog coaches shows will air between 6 o’clock and 6:30 and at halftime of Trenton Bulldog football, Friday nights this fall, during season, on Hot Country Z 101.7.
