The Trenton Lady Bulldogs have the top seed for the eight-team Centralia Invitational Softball Tournament, scheduled for Saturday, September 29th at Centralia High School. THS will open play in the quarterfinals against #8 seed Hallsville at 10:45 AM, with coverage on KTTN FM 92.3. Other quarterfinals will be #2 seed Mexico playing Palmyra at 10:45 AM, while, in the 9 o’clock session, the Macon Tigerettes play the host Centralia Lady Panthers in the 4 vs. 5 seed game, while Trenton’s GRC East rival, the Putnam County Lady Midgets, take a #3 seed into a 9 AM quarterfinal with North Callaway.
Trenton’s first TWO games at the Centralia Tournament will be aired on KTTN FM 92.3, with the third game of the day (at either 4 o’clock or 5:45) on Hot Country Z 101.7, with Tom Johnson on the play-by-play call.
