The Trenton Bulldogs hosted North Kansas City High School on Tuesday afternoon for a head-to-head golf duel at Riverside Country Club, with Trenton’s score of 161, led by a 35 from medalist Nate Swann, beating the 198 put up by NKC.
Swann’s 35 was four strokes better than anybody else on the course, with the runner-up score of 39 turned in by Lathan Croy and Corbyn Guile of the host Bulldogs. Ramirez of North Kansas City shot a 41, followed by 44 from Reale. Trenton’s Luke Lewis shot 48, with Connor Cotton of the Bulldogs at 53.
Other scores (all from NKC) were Mason at 55, Raiwald 58, and Epley 66.
Okla Fitzpatrick shot 62 for the Trenton JV.
Trenton’s boys golf team is playing in the Cameron Tourament all day today (Wednesday).
