Sporting Kansas City, with goals from Daniel Salloi, Alan Pulido, Gadi Kinda, and Luis Martins, hammered home-side Los Angeles FC on Wednesday night, winning 4-1 in Western Conference MLS action from southern California.
Salloi added an assist for Sporting, now 10-4-3 on the season, good for 33 points, tied with the Seattle Sounders atop the Western Conference standings.
Pulido opened the scoring in the 20th, with Martins scoring in the 28th, and Salloi hammering home a pass from Graham Zusi in the 36th.
The score ballooned to 4-0 after halftime with a tally by Kinda, with LAFC’s Daniel Musovski avoiding the shutout with score in the 82nd. LAFC now sits at the .500 mark, with a 6-6-5 record.
