The Princeton Lady Tigers rebounded from Thursday’s lopsided GRC West loss to Worth County with a Tuesday night win at Pattonsburg, claiming a 12-6 victory in action broadcast on KGOZ FM 101.7.
The night was challenging, with unseasonably hot and humid conditions, combined with a stiff breeze blowing hard over the bowl-shaped field at Pattonsburg, making catching fly balls an adventure. The game was called after five innings, with a power failure to the light fixtures playing continuing play impossible.
