Worth County, in the first “Pool B” game of the day, that already beaten East Harrison, 6-1.
South Harrison won the consolation (5th place) game against East Harrison, getting the rebuilding Lady Bulldogs program in the win column for the first time this season, while North Nodaway won a hotly contested third place game against Worth County, taking a 5-4 win.
Princeton leaps into Grand River Conference play this week, hosting South Harrison on Tuesday night and Trenton on Thursday night (both at 5:30).
