The North Central Missouri College Pirates fall record is now 5-7-3, after a 7-5 victory, followed by a 3-0 shutout loss, in a pair of baseball games played Tuesday afternoon at Central Methodist University in Fayette.
Logan Eickhoff had an inside-the-park homer to lead the North Central offense in game 1, but the bats went cold in the nightcap, with the Pirates only managing two hits.
On Wednesday, the Pirates lost 10-4, playing the Kansas City Royals Urban Youth Academy.
