Jackson Miller and Hunter McAtee of the Trenton Kids Wrestling Club won first place honors on Sunday, as the TKWC participated in the “Team Central Scrap” at Staley High School in Kansas City. Miller was in the 6 and under, 50 pound weight class, with McAtee in the 14 and under, 100 pound weight class.
Chase Foster and Sam Gibson finished second for Trenton, with Spencer Stieh and Coleman Griffin in fourth place.
On Saturday, the Trenton kids were at the youth tournament at Maysville High School, with Owen Lowe in fourth place and Miller finishing fifth.
