The Mercer Cardinals played in the South Harrison Tournament last week, and were to begin the new week by traveling to Southwest Livingston on Monday, but the cold weather postponed that doubleheader for the second time. On Friday night, the Cardinal teams return to HDC Conference play, hosting the Grundy County R-5 Panthers in a girls/boys doubleheader.
