Former Green City Lady Gopher All-State product Brooke Littrell has announced via X a transfer to Creighton University, moving on from a successful career at the University of Central Missouri.
In the 2023-2024 season, Littrell was named an Honorable Mention Women’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) All-American, after averaging 20.3 points per game with a free-throw percentage of .893 free-throw percentage, while averaging a team-high 8.5 rebounds per game, in addition to 12 double-doubles.
In a March 2nd victory for the Jennies over Northeastern State, Littrell became the third player in UCM basketball history, finishing with 2,046 career points at the Warrensburg school.
On the post on X (formerly Twitter), Littrell said, “5th year as a bluejay…..so pumped to be a part of this group!”. Creighton University is a Division One program based in Omaha, Nebraska. The Blue Jays are part of the Big East Conference, with schools that include the University of Connecticut, Villanova University, DePaul University, Marquette University, and Georgetown University.
