The Kansas City Chiefs have announced their teams for the 2021 television preseason, and 2021 preseason and radio game broadcasts.
Returning for his 28th season as “Voice of the Chiefs” is eight-time Kansas Sportscaster of the Year award winner Mitch Holthus, joined in the booth this season by Chiefs alum and current Ambassador Danan Hughes. On the sideline will be Josh Klingler, beginning his 2nd season in that capacity with the Chiefs, having been the University for Kansas sideline reporter for the past 15 years. Hosting the Chiefs pregame and postgame shows on the Chiefs Radio Network will be Springfield-area veteran broadcaster Art Hains. Kansas City area station 106.5 The Wolf (WDAF-FM) will serve as the radio flagship of Chiefs football in 2021.
Chiefs Preseason games will feature play-by-play of NFL Network anchor Ari Wolfe, joined in the booth by former Chiefs quarterback and current NFL on CBS analyst Trent Green. Kay Adams, the host of NFL Network’s “Good Morning Football”, will serve as sideline reporter for the three games, with Chiefs reporter Matt McMullen showing sideline features and reports.
